For more than 25 years Ken has helped launch, lead, or turnaround companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 100. He has co-founded a start-up, been a corporate officer and board member for public and non-public companies, and has run a non-profit trade association.

 

Ken has been recognized as one of Seattle’s most influential business leaders and has twice been recognized for leading a “best company to work for.”

In addition to his coaching and interim leadership roles, Ken teaches Leadership of High Performance Organizations, and Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Washington Foster School of Business.  He is an avid hiker and backpacker and serves on the board of the Washington Trails Association.
